Delivery and return
Terms of delivery and return
Guided by the RA Law on Customer Protection (hereinafter referred to as the "Law") we hereby submit for your attention, the terms of return and replacement of the food product (hereinafter referred to as "Product") obtained from Tamara LLC as a seller (hereinafter referred to as "Seller")․

In particular, in case if a product of improper quality has been sold to the Customer, the Customer has the right to demand from the Seller:
a) free elimination of product defects or reimbursement of costs for their elimination by the Customer,
b) proportional reduction of the purchase price,
c) replacement with similar (model, type) product,
d) replacement with another product (model, type) with appropriate recalculation of the purchase price,
e) termination of the sales contract. 

The choice of the mentioned options should be made considering their applicability to the delivered product.

Moreover, the product is considered to be of improper quality, if the Delivered product does not meet the description and component criteria of the product on the WebSite, or it is Delivered damaged or defective, in particular, it has undergone qualitative changes, the expiration date on the package has expired, the quantity of the delivered product does not correspond to the quantity of the Product ordered by the Customer. 

The proper quality inspection of the product must be performed in the presence of the courier who delivered the product upon its delivery and receipt by the Customer by presenting a sales or cashier's check. In case the Customer does not indicate the improper quality of the Product at the time of its delivery and receipt, the Product is considered accepted by the Customer without any objections (including on its quality or quantity) from the moment the courier leaves the place of delivery.
